摘要
目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠对糖尿病肾病患者血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、血清载脂蛋白CⅢ(apoCⅢ)及24 h尿微量清蛋白(MAU)的影响。方法选取医院2016年1月至2017年7月收治的糖尿病肾病患者90例,依据治疗方式差异分为两组,各45例。两组均予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,试验组联合阿魏酸钠治疗,均治疗4周。结果治疗后,试验组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、血肌酐(SCr)及血尿素氮(BUN)均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者血清AngⅡ为(77.46±10.55)ng/L,CTGF为(101.42±10.60)ng/L,均显著低于对照组的(99.38±10.60)ng/L及(150.25±11.59)ng/L(P<0.05);试验组患者apoCⅢ为(14.39±4.69)mmol/L,MAU为(127.79±54.66)mg/24 h,均显著低于对照组的(17.00±4.67)mmol/L和(159.35±54.17)mg/24 h(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相当(6.67%比13.33%,P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病有助于改善患者的血糖水平及肾功能,同时还可促使血清AngⅡ,CTGF,apoCⅢ,MAU进一步改善。
Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with sodium ferulate on serum angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),apolipoprotein CⅢ(apoCⅢ)and 24 h microscale albuminuria(MAU)in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Totally 90 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,45 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with rosuvastatin,on this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with sodium ferulate.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),serum creatinine(SCr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum AngⅡand CTGF in the experimental group were(77.46±10.55)ng/L and(101.42±10.60)ng/L,which were lower than(99.38±10.60)ng/L and(150.25±11.59)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of apoCⅢand MAU in the experimental group were(14.39±4.69)mmol/L and(127.79±54.66)mg/24 h,which were lower than(17.00±4.67)mmol/L and(159.35±54.17)mg/24 h in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups(6.67%vs.13.33%,P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin combined with sodium ferulate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can improve blood sugar level and renal function,and can also promote the further improvement of serum AngⅡ,CTGF,apoCⅢand MAU.
