摘要
为了降低计算机联锁故障的影响和减少劳动强度,有必要提升计算机联锁系统监测和诊断的智能化水平。在研究国内外相关信号设备的基础上,建立联锁系统信息大数据,采用图形和状态推理的方法对计算机联锁故障给出诊断结论。对机柜设备硬件、系统通信、继电接口3个方面的典型故障进行实例研究,提出针对机柜硬件方面的基于三维模型的显示及故障诊断方法,针对系统通信方面的基于物理状态图的显示及故障诊断方法,针对继电接口方面的基于状态图的显示及故障诊断方法。图形和状态推理方法以及典型实例为技术开发提供了理论支撑,该智能诊断方法的应用和推广将在提高维护效率、降低故障处理难度方面发挥重要作用。
In order to reduce the influence of computer interlocking failure and cut down labor intensity,it is necessary to enhance the intelligence level of computer interlocking system monitoring and diagnosis.On the basis of studying the relevant signal equipment at home and abroad,information big data of the interlocking system is built up and diagnostic conclusions of computer interlocking fault are drawn by means of graphing and state reasoning.In this paper,three typical failures of equipment hardware,system communication and relay interface are studied,the display based on 3D model and fault diagnosis method for equipment hardware are proposed,the display based on state diagram and fault diagnosis method for system communication are presented,and the display based on diagram and fault diagnosis method for relay interface are put forward.The graphics,state reasoning method and typical examples provide theoretical support for technology development.The application and popularization of the intelligent diagnosis method will play an important role in improving maintenance efficiency and reducing troubleshooting difficulties.
