钾长石高温分解制备硅钙钾镁肥工艺优化研究 被引量:6

Study on Preparation Technology Process Optimization of Silicon-Calcium-Potassium-Magnesium Fertilizer Made by Decomposition of Potassium Feldspar

摘要 以石灰石和白云石为助剂、碳酸氢钠和氧化铁为添加剂,高温煅烧分解钾长石制备矿物质硅钙钾镁肥。考察了添加剂的种类和用量对硅钙钾镁肥的烧成温度、钾的转化率和烧成范围的影响。结果表明,添加剂碳酸氢钠和氧化铁分别为原料质量2%和3%的条件下,硅钙钾镁肥的烧成温度降低到1 175℃,对应的钾转化率达到85%,烧成范围达到75℃,有效钠含量控制在2.0%的较低水平,可避免停窑处理结圈的工艺过程,从而优化了硅钙钾镁肥的烧成工艺。同时,获得的硅钙钾镁肥疏松多孔,易于粉磨。 Potassium feldspar was decomposed in the presence of limestone and dolomite as well as sodium bicarbonate and ferric oxide to prepare silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer(Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer).The influences of types and dosage of additives on the sintering temperature,potassium conversion rate and sintering range of Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer were studied.The results show that under the condition of 2%sodium bicarbonate and 3%ferric oxide as additives(mass percent of raw materials),the sintering temperature of Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer can be reduced to 1 175℃which contribute a high potassium conversion rate of 85%,and the sintering range is broadened to 75℃,and yet the available content of Na2O can be controlled at a low level of about 2.0%.The process of dealing with the rings formed in the rotary kiln could be cancelled which optimized the preparation technology process of Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer.Meanwhile the Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer can obtain a porous structure which can reduce the energy of mill.
