摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在维持性血液透析患者护理质量改进中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月我院收治的维持性血液透析患者60例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取PDCA循环管理,比较两组患者的护理质量、护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环管理能有效促进维持性血液透析患者护理质量改进,提升其护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the improvement of nursing quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods To select 60 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of patients randomly.The control group was treated by routine nursing,while on the basis of this,the observation group was provided with PDCA cycle management.We compared the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients towards the nursing in the two groups.Results The quality of nursing score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management can improve the nursing quality in patients who receive maintenance hemodialysis effectively and increase their satisfaction for nursing.
