摘要
输电线路在强风尤其是台风作用下极易受损。为了评估线路在台风中的风险,需要确切得知线路中各个位置的风速。采用计算流体力学方法,对台风中受损线路所处的复杂地形进行建模,获得高分辨率的风场信息。使用风速比来评估地形对风场的影响,数值模拟结果显示复杂地形能够显著影响不同区域的风速大小,导致不同的输电塔所受风荷载的巨大差异,从而解释了特定区域发生倒塔事故的原因。
The power transmission lines are vulnerable under high intensity winds such as typhoon.To evaluate the risk of transmission lines under typhoon,it s necessary to know the exact speed of approaching wind at any location.Computational fluid dynamics method was proposed to obtain the high-resolution flow field around an actual transmission line which was attacked by typhoon.The terrain where the transmission line located was modeled.Speed-up ratio was used to evaluate the effect of the terrain on the wind.The results show that wind speed can be drastically affected by the complex terrain,and cause significantly different wind loads on each tower,which explain the collapse of towers at certain locations.
