摘要
目的探究将胆结石微创手术后结合肝胆结石片应用于治疗胆结石患者中的效果,评价临床应用意义。方法将本院2016年4月至2018年9月期间胆结石患者的临床资料进行归纳总结后,抽取72例可进行实验患者纳入本研究。通过双色球分组法,将所有患者均分两组,红色球为对照组,蓝色球为实验组,每组36例。所有患者在入院后均采用胆结石微创手术进行治疗,对照组患者在完成手术后不进行任何辅助手术直接完成手术,实验组患者则在此基础上加用术后胆结石片开展治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率和清石率。结果实验组患者术后30 d总胆红素以及血清丙氨酸基转移酶数值较对照组明显更低,而实验组患者的清石率为34(94.44%)例,较对照组25(69.44%)例明显更高,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在应用胆结石微创手术后,对患者加用肝胆结石片进行治疗,能够有效提高患者的结石清除率,有助于改善患者的各项生理指标,在临床上具有优秀的治疗效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of gallstones and gallstones in patients with gallstones after minimally invasive surgery and evaluate the clinical significance.Methods After summarizing the general data of gallstone patients from April 2016 to September 2018 in our hospital,72 cases of experimental patients were included in the study.All patients were divided into two groups by the two-color ball grouping method,the red ball was the control group,the blue ball was the experimental group,and 36 patients were enrolled in each group.All patients were treated with minimally invasive surgery of gallstones after admission.The patients in the control group completed the operation without any auxiliary surgery after completion of the operation.The patients in the experimental group were treated with postoperative gallstones.The total effective rate of treatment and the rate of clearing stones in the two groups of patients.Results The results of this experiment showed that the values of total bilirubin and serum alanine transferase were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,while the data of the clear group in the experimental group was 34(94.44%).For example,the data were significantly higher than the control group 25(69.44%),and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the minimally invasive surgery of gallstones,the treatment of patients with hepatolithiasis can effectively improve the stone clearance rate of patients,improve the physiological indexes of patients,and have excellent therapeutic effects in clinic.It is worth promoting.
