不同覆土材料对印度丽蘑子实体生长和营养成分的影响 被引量:2

摘要 分别以田土(LS)、田土∶牛粪(v/v 3∶1,LS+CD)、草木灰(PA)、田土∶沙子(v/v 3∶1,LS+S)为覆土材料栽培印度丽蘑(Calocybe indica),对其农艺性状和营养成分的组成进行测定。结果表明:与其它处理相比,LS+CD处理组产量最高(2078.50 g),出菇密度最大,现蕾天数最短(7.67 d)。LS+CD处理组子的实体粗蛋白含量最高(27.14 g/100 g),粗多糖、脂肪和粗纤维含量较低,必须氨基酸含量最高(10.41%),蛋白质评分结果优于其它处理。研究结果表明栽培时以LS+CD为覆土材料最有利于提高印度丽蘑的产量和营养价值。 Agronomic traits and nutrient compositions were determined for Calocybe indica cultivated with different casing soil,including loamy soil,a mixture of loamy soil and cow dung(v/v 3∶1),a mixture of loamy soil and sand(v/v 3∶1)and plant ash.The results showed that the mixture of loamy soil and cow dung group had the highest yield of 2078.50 g,the highest density of fruiting,and the shortest budding time of 7.67 d.Compared to the other groups,the fruiting bodies of the loamy soil and cow dung group also showed better protein evaluation results with 27.14 g/100 g crude protein and 10.412%essential amino acids.At the same time,fruiting body grown on loamy soil and cow dung showed a low content of crude polysaccharide,fat and crude fiber.This casing soil was experimentally supported to improve the yield and nutritional value of Calocybe indica.
