摘要
针对水利工程围堰施工期防洪度汛应急决策问题,以围堰上游水位实时预测和隐患预警为目标,采用B/S架构,前端由bootstrap框架搭建,后台基于Spring MVC框架,前后端基于JSON格式通信,选用Cesium对场景渲染,开发一套围堰施工期防洪度汛决策应急支持系统,可有效实现事故的提前预防,避免、减少事故的发生,对于确保施工期围堰及各临时设施的安全及下游施工的顺利进行具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
Aiming at the emergency decision-making of flood control during the construction period of cofferdam of water conservancy project,a set of emergency decision-making support system for flood control during the construction period of cofferdam is developed.The system takes the real-time prediction of water level in upstream of cofferdam and early warning of hidden dangers as the goals.In the development of this system,the B/S structure is adopted,the front end is built by bootstrap framework,the back end is based on Spring MVC framework,the communication between front end and back end is based on JSON format,and the Cesium is selected to render the scene.The application of the system can effectively prevent accidents in advance and avoid and reduce the occurrence of accidents,and has obvious social and economic benefits for ensuring the safety of cofferdam and other temporary facilities during construction period and the smooth construction of downstream projects.
