摘要
以金属零件表面缺陷为基本背景,对其缺陷种类以及可行的检测技术展开探讨,提出了机器视觉技术,在其作用下可以较为精准地明确金属零件表面所存在的各类缺陷。此外,还对视觉技术的发展前景做出了描绘,以期给机器视觉研究提供一些可行的参考。
This paper takes the surface defects of metal parts as the basic background,discusses the types of defects and the feasible detection technology,and puts forward the machine vision technology,which can more accurately identify all kinds of defects on the surface of metal parts.In addition,this paper also describes the development prospect of vision technology,in order to provide some feasible reference for machine vision research.
