摘要
通过引入粗糙度变量对超声测量模型进行修正,并与定量曲线相结合,实现粗糙表面镁合金构件内部缺陷的定量检测。超声实验结果表明,该方法与传统方法相比,缺陷定量精度有较大提高,为粗糙表面镁合金构件缺陷检测的工程应用提供了参考。
The roughness measurement model was introduced to modify the ultrasonic measurement model,and combined with the quantitative curve to achieve flaw sizing of internal defects of the magnesium alloy components with rough surface.Ultrasonic experiments show that the method improves the defect quantitative accuracy compared with the traditional method.This study provides a reference for the engineering application of the flaw sizing of rough surface magnesium alloy components.
