摘要
目的建立HPLC测定香砂养胃丸(水丸)特征图谱的方法,提供可靠的的质量控制方法。方法Wondasil C18-WR(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-水为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~25 min,20%A→65%A;25~45 min,65%A→76%A;45~60 min,76%A),流速1.0 ml/min,测定波长254 nm,柱温30℃。结果18批香砂养胃丸特征图谱标定了共有峰12个,指认了橙皮苷(峰4)、和厚朴酚(峰8)、厚朴酚(峰11)、α-香附酮(峰12)4个特征峰,方法精密度、稳定性、重复性、耐用性考察结果均满意。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于香砂养胃丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of characteristic chromatogram of Xiangsha Yangwei Pills(water pills).Methods The analysis was carried out on an analytical column of Wondasil C18-WR(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),using methanol(A)-water(B)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min as mobile phase(gradient elution,0-25 min,20%A→65%A;25-45 min,65%A→76%A;45-60 min,76%A).The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Twelve common peaks were found in characteristic chromatograms of 18 batches of Xiangsha Yangwei Pills,and four of them were identified as hesperidin(peak 4),honokiol(peak 8),magnolol(peak 11),α-cyperone(peak 12).The precision,stability,repeatability and durability of the method were all satisfactory.Conclusion The proposed method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Xiangsha Yangwei Pills.
