南方水稻黑条矮缩病苗期抗性的全基因组关联分析 被引量:9

摘要 由白背飞虱传播的南方水稻黑条矮缩病(Southern Rice Black-streaked Dwarf Virus, SRBSDV)给水稻的生产造成巨大的产量损失,开展SRBSDV抗性鉴定及全基因组关联分析,可为有效防治水稻SRBSDV提供科学依据。本研究利用人工接种方法,对419份广西地方稻种资源核心种质进行SRBSDV苗期抗性鉴定。结果表明,其SRBSDV苗期发病率变异范围为6.11%~100%,平均值为84.80%,抗性变异系数为23.29%。利用211 818个高质量SNPs对水稻SRBSDV苗期抗性进行全基因组关联分析(GWAS),共检测到10个与水稻SRBSDV苗期抗性显著相关的SNP位点,可解释7.84%~18.30%的表型变异。在所有的显著性关联SNP位点中,共检测到8个抗病基因(R基因),分别位于第1、第5及第11染色体上,可能参与SRBS-DV苗期抗性的调控。本研究结果将为水稻抗SRBSDV分子育种和抗SRBSDV基因克隆提供基础信息。 The Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus(SRBSDV),spread by Sogatella furcifera,had caused great loss to rice production.Resistance identification and genome-wide association analysis of SRBSDV would provide scientific reference for the effective prevention and control of SRBSDV in rice.The artificial inoculation method was used in this study,and the SRBSDV seedling resistance identification of 419 core collection of rice landrace resources in Guangxi was carried out.The results showed that the variation range of the incidence of SRBSDV at the seedling stage was 6.11%~100%,with the average of 84.80%,and the resistance coefficient of variation was 23.29%.The genome-wide association study(GWAS)of rice seedling resistance of SRBSDV was performed by using 211 818 high quality SNPs,and 10 SNPs significantly related to rice seedling resistance of SRBSDV were detected,which could explain the phenotypic variation of 7.84%~18.30%.8 disease resis-tance genes(R gene)were found in all the significantly related SNPs,which were distributed on the first,fifth and eleventh chromosome,respectively,and they might be involved in the regulation of seedling resistance of SRBSDV.The results of this study would provide basic information for the molecular breeding and gene cloning of resistance to SRBSDV in rice.
