摘要
本文通过以 Cu-Zn-Sn-Ni(CO)为主体的低氰溶液的研究,选择了适合本仿金工艺的由无机和有机组份组成的混合添加剂,得到了宽工艺参数的配方,电流密度在0.5~5A/dm^2内可获得均一的金色色调,通过调节工艺参数和后处理方法,可随意获得14—24K 金色镀层,性能稳定,方便操作。
This paper screens out mixed additives consisted of both inorganic and organic co- nstituents fitted for gold imitating technology through the study on the low cyanide solution taking Cu-Zn-Sn-Ni(Co)as the main and obtains the formula of wide-range technological parameters.Uniform golden tincture could be obtained within the current density of 0.5 to 5A/dm^2 and the golden layer of 14 to 24K could be gained at will by means of adjusting the technological parameters and post-treatment.The perform- ance is stable and the operation convenient.
