摘要
通用性是当前ATS的发展方向 ,讨论了通用ATS测试软件设计平台的基本属性、软件结构 ,并重点介绍了IVI特性的基本原理。在平台内核基础上设计的TPS继承了平台内核的属性 ,具有很好的可重用性及硬件无关性。
General utility is the development aspect of ATS design.The basic characteristic,software architecture and IVI basic principle of software design platform of general utility ATS are discussed.TPS designed on kernel of this platform inherited its attribute,and can be independent of hardware of ATS.The platform provided the foundation for general utility ATS design.
