摘要
针对纯棉织物染制敏感颜色的浅色产品极易染花的问题,提出活性染料浸染匀染控制.采用RGB型活性染料对纯棉织物进行染色,研究前处理的程度、新型匀染剂、元明粉、纯碱加入方式对RGB型活性染料上染速率、匀染性及色牢度的影响,结果表明:匀染剂C 2.0%(owf)+N0.1%(owf)+WXD-3 0.1%(owf)的复配使用起到了一定的缓染作用,元明粉以1/6,1/3,1/2的方式分批加入,纯碱以1/10,1/5,7/10渐次加入,上述手段的实施减少了染料的集中上染,所染样品的匀染性得到明显改善,且具有与传统工艺相当的染色牢度.
Leveling control of reactive dyes exhaustion was proposed as the poor dyeing levelness of cotton fabric dyed for light color products.The RGB reactive dyes were used for dyeing cotton fabric in this investigation,and the influence of pre-treatment degree of cotton fabric,the new leveling agent,the adding method of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate on dyeing rate,levelness and color fastness of the dyed products were analyzed.The results showed that mixed levelling agent C 2.0%(owf)+N0.1%(owf)+WXD-3(owf)0.1% together played a role in retarding dyeing,sodium sulphate at 1/6and 1/3and 1/2,soda ash at 1/10,1/5,1/10 are added gradually,this method reduces the grouped dyeing.What′s more,the color fastness of the dyed product is agreed to the conventional one.
