摘要
本文研究了Fe(Ⅲ)与meso-(四(4-磺基苯)卟啉(TPPS_4)的螯合物(Fe-TPPS_4)作为过氧化物模拟酶催化H_2O_2氧化隐性结晶紫为结晶紫的显色体系。该体系用于测定H_2O_2时的摩尔吸光系数为3.8×10~4,工作曲线的相关系数为0.996。此体系可与葡萄糖氧化酶催化反应偶联,用标准加入法测定人血清中葡萄糖的含量。
The mimetic peroxidase (Fe-TPPS4) can be used as a catalyst in the spectrophoto-metric determination of H2O2 and glocose. The method is based on the formation of crystal violet from leuco crystal violet. The glucose in human serum can be determined by the reaction combined with the catalytic reaction of glucose oxidase.
