摘要
目的 :建立儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表的中国城市常模并检验其信度和效度。方法 :在全国 14个城市采样 2 0 19例 (男 10 12例 ,女 10 0 7例 ) ,平均年龄 11.2 9± 2 .34岁 ,由学生及其父母分别填写儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表。结果 :量表的重测信度为 0 .5 6 7～ 0 .6 0 8,半分信度为 0 .88,Crobacha系数 0 .4 3～ 0 .89,项目与总分的相关在 0 .4 3～ 0 .74之间。本量表与AchenbachCBCL、PH自我意识量表的相应分量表显著相关。对焦虑症性障碍诊断的灵敏度为 0 .74 ,特异度为 0 .79。结论
Objective: To develop the norms of the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED )in Chinese urban children. Methods:A total of 2019 subjects( 1012 males and 1007 females) from 14 cities of China with the mean age 11.29±2.34 completed the scale. Results: The test-retest coefficients ranged from 0.57～0.61,and the Cronbach α coefficients were 0.43～0.89.Significant correlations were found among the total scores, the anxiety index of SCARED and CBCL and PH. The scores of children with anxiety disorders were higher than that of normal subjects. Conclusion: SCARED was found to have aceptable psychometrics properties, and was applicable to assess anxiety syndrome of Chinese children.
