摘要
人民健康是民族昌盛和国家富强的重要标志,全民健康助力全面小康,习近平总书记指出,要坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,健康要上去,人民的获得感、幸福感、安全感都离不开健康。民之所系,政之所向。党的十八大以来,我国卫生健康事业获得了长足发展,城乡居民健康水平持续提高,主要健康指标已经总体优于中高收入国家平均水平。然而随着工业化、城镇化、人口老龄化、生活方式变化,人类疾病谱发生了变迁,慢性非传染性疾病已经成为全球范围内威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题。慢性肾脏病因其发病率高、死亡率高、知晓率低,已成为重要慢性疾病之一,加强慢性肾脏病的防治已迫在眉睫。慢性肾脏病早期起病隐匿、中期进展迅速、晚期危害巨大,不仅影响身体健康,也关系到家庭幸福,甚至制约着社会经济发展。没有全民健康,就没有全面小康,脱贫工作少不了对慢性肾脏病的防治和对尿毒症的医疗保障。腹膜透析是治疗终末期肾脏病的一种重要方式,也是河南省防治慢性肾脏病,送技术下基层,贯彻分级诊疗和精准健康扶贫,实施科技惠民的重要抓手之一,在国家医疗卫生事业发展的大背景下,获得了长足发展。本文总结河南省腹膜透析发展现状,展望未来发展思路,小切口反映我省医疗卫生事业的发展,献礼建国70周年,助力新时代健康中国战略。
People’s health is an important symbol of national prosperity and the country’s prosperity. The health of the whole people contributes to a well-off society in an all-round way. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that people should adhere to the people-centered development concept. Health is essential to people’s sense of attainment, happiness and security. What the people do and what the government does. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China’s health care has made great progress. The health level of urban and rural residents has continuously improved, and the main health indicators have been generally better than the average level of middle-income and high-income countries. However, with industrialization, urbanization, population aging and lifestyle changes, the spectrum of human diseases has changed, and chronic non-communicable diseases have become a public health problem threatening human health worldwide. Chronic kidney disease has become one of the important chronic diseases due to its high morbidity, high mortality and low awareness rate. It is urgent to strengthen the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease. Chronic kidney disease(CKD) has hidden onset in the early stage, rapid progress in the middle stage and great harm in the late stage. It not only affects the health of the body, but also affects the happiness of the family and even restricts the social and economic development. Without the health of the whole people, there will be no overall well-off, and poverty alleviation cannot be achieved without the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease and medical care for uremia. Peritoneal dialysis is an important method for the treatment of end-stage kidney disease. It is also one of the important methods for Henan province to prevent and treat chronic kidney disease, to send technology to the grassroots, to carry out graded diagnosis and treatment, to implement accurate and healthy poverty alleviation, and to implement science and technology benefiting the people. Under the background of the development of national medical and health undertakings, it has made great progress. This article summarizes the current development situation of peritoneal dialysis in Henan province and looks forward to the future development ideas. The small incision aspect reflects the development of medical and health undertakings in Henan province, presents the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, and helps the healthy China strategy in the new era.
