摘要
利用2000-2016年高技术产业与区域经济的相关数据,运用区位熵、克鲁格曼专业化指数分析京津冀高技术产业协同发展现状,并使用面板数据模型研究高技术产业协同发展与区域经济的关系。结果表明:当前京津冀高技术产业协同发展尚未形成促进经济增长的格局,三省市仍应以吸引人才与加大科技投入为主要工作,更好促进高技术产业协同发展格局的形成,以推动区域经济增长。通过分析京津冀各省市在高技术协同发展环境下的具体发展情况可知,河北省在京津冀高技术协同发展格局下受益最多,北京市次之,天津市受益最少。
Based on the relevant data of high-tech industry and regional economy from 2000 to 2016,this paper uses location entropy and Krugman specialization index to analyze the current situation of coordinated development of high-tech industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and then uses panel data model to study the relationship between coordinated development of high-tech industry and regional economy.The results show that the coordinated development of high-tech industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has not yet formed a pattern to promote economic growth.The three provinces and cities should still focus on attracting talents and increasing investment in science and technology so as to promote the formation of the coordinated development pattern of high-tech industries and promote regional economic growth.The analysis of the specific development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei provinces and cities under the environment of high-tech coordinated development shows that Hebei province has benefited the most under the high-tech coordinated development pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Beijing,followed by Tianjin.
