摘要
以环形射流泵为研究对象,采用RNGk-ε湍流模型进行稳态计算,研究了不同工况下矩形、梯形和三角形等3种控比环结构对环形射流泵效率及泵内流动的影响.研究结果表明,具有三角形控比环结构的环形射流泵效率最高,其在泵最高效率流量比工况下比具有矩形和梯形控比环结构的环形射流泵效率分别高2.57%和1.64%;在流量比较小的工况中,不同控比环结构的环形射流泵效率相差较小,而随着流量比的增加,不同控比环结构的环形射流泵效率之间的差异也逐渐扩大;在3种控比环结构中,三角形控比环结构对泵内流体轴向流动的阻碍作用最小,工作流体的动能损失也最小.
A two-dimensional model of the flow in the annular jet pump was established in the present paper,using RNG k-ε turbulence models for steady calculation. The impact of three kinds of control ring structure,including the sectional shapes of rectangle,trapezium and triangle,on the efficiency and internal flow of the annular jet pump are studied under different working conditions. The results showed that the annular jet pump with a triangle shaped control ring had the highest efficiency,which is 2.57% and 1.64% higher than the efficiency of the annular jet pumps with rectangle and trapezium shaped control ring,respectively under the highest efficienly flow ratio of pump. In the low flow ratio operation conditions,the difference of efficiency among the annular jet pumps with the three kinds of control ring is small,but it becomes big with the increase of the flow ratio. In the three kinds of control rings,the triangle shaped control ring has the least inhibition effect on the axial flow in the annular jet pump and the kinetic energy loss of the primary flow is also the least.
