摘要
卫生微生物学是预防医学专业课程之一,该课程应用性和实践性强。针对该课程的特点以及社会对卫生安全关注度持续增加的现状,笔者通过安排不同水样中菌落总数和大肠菌群数检测的实验项目对卫生微生物学实验教学进行探索,实验过程中又有机地结合与贯穿了微生物学的培养基配置、无菌操作、显微镜观察等。旨在激发学生的求知欲,调动思考和实践的积极性,将专业学习与实际生活联系起来,进一步扩大卫生微生物学实验教学的深度与广度。
Sanitary microbiology is one of the courses of preventive medicine, and has practicability and application. In view of the characteristics of the course and the situation of increasing public’s concern about health safety, we explored the experimental teaching of sanitary microbiology for detecting the total number of colonies and coliform group in different water samples. During the experiment, the configuration of medium, aseptic technique, and observation of microorganisms by light microscope were organically combined and penetrated. The aim is to stimulate students’ thirst for knowledge, mobilize the enthusiasm of thinking and practice of students, and further expand the depth and breadth of the experimental teaching of sanitary microbiology by combing professional learning with practical life.
