摘要
加强实验室安全管理已成为保障高校实验室高效规范运行的关键工作。本文就目前我国高校化学实验室在实验室安全设施的配备和管理、实验室安全制度建设、安全教育培训和安全检查监督机制中存在的问题进行了初步分析和探讨。同时,借鉴国内外一些高校先进的实验室安全管理经验,提出了具体的对策和建议,为化学实验室安全管理制度的建设和改革提供一些理论参考。
Enhancement of laboratory safety management has become more important to ensure that university laboratories can efficiently and regularly operate. This paper makes a preliminary analysis and discussion on the problems existing in the preparation and management of laboratory safety facilities, the construction of laboratory safety system, safety education and training, and the mechanism of safety inspection and supervision of chemistry laboratories in colleges and universities. Based on the advanced experience of laboratory safety management of some universities at home and abroad, this research has put forward specific measures and suggestions in order to provide some theoretical references for the construction and reform of safety management system of chemical laboratories.
