摘要
在“双高”建设背景下,高职教育内涵发展面临着诸多困境,集中表现在办学定位缺乏精准度、专业建设缺乏创新度、师资结构建设缺乏平衡度、内部治理“泛行政化”等方面。鉴于此,高职院校要紧密围绕“双高”建设的方向和要求,以科学的办学定位为先导、特色高水平专业群为依托、“双师型”教师队伍为保障、增强社会服务能力为目标、内部治理结构改革为抓手,加快推进高职教育内涵发展,为我国职业教育现代化提供支撑。
Under the background of“double high”construction,the development of higher vocational education connotation still faces many difficulties,which are concentrated in the lack of precision in the orientation of running a school,the lack of innovation in professional construction,the lack of balance in the construction of teacher structure,and the“pan-administration”of internal governance. In view of this,higher vocational colleges should closely focus on the direction and requirements of“double high”construction, relying on the scientific orientation of the school as the guide and the high-level professional group with special characteristics and the “double-type”teacher team as the guarantee and enhance the social service ability,focusing on the goal and internal governance structure reform,speeding up the development of higher vocational education connotation and providing support for the modernization of vocational education in China.
