摘要
化工企业的生产工艺过程中涉及易燃、易爆、有毒有害的危险物品,通常还有高温高压的工艺条件和复杂的工艺流程,这些问题不仅会增加化工企业的危险性,也有可能对周围环境带来风险.在化工企业的安全管理中工艺过程安全管理是其重要的一环,工艺过程安全管理可极大降低火灾、爆炸、泄漏等重大危害风险.因此,化工企业尤其要充分重视安全管理工作,特别是工艺过程安全管理是关系到化工企业持续发展的关键.本文通过分析化工企业工艺过程安全管理的应用时机和重点内容,来阐述工艺过程全生命周期的安全管理.
The production process of chemical enterprises involves inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful dangerous substances. Usually, there are high temperature and high pressure process conditions and complex process flow. These problems not only increase the risk of chemical enterprises, but also may bring risks to the surrounding environment. In the safety management of chemical enterprises, process safety management is an important part. Process safety management can greatly reduce the risk of fire, explosion, leakage and other major hazards. Therefore, chemical enterprises should pay special attention to safety management, especially, process safety management is the key to the sustainable development of chemical enterprises. This paper expounds the safety management of the whole life cycle of the technological process by analyzing the application opportunity and key contents of the safety management of the technological process in chemical enterprises.
