摘要
目的分析物理治疗(半导体激光联合超短波治疗)联合药物治疗带状疱疹112例的临床疗效。方法选取本院2014年至2018年收治带状疱疹患者112例,随机分两组,每组56例。治疗组采用药物治疗联合物理治疗(半导体激光联合超短波治疗),对照组单纯药物治疗。两组均给抗病毒治疗、消炎、止痛、活血化瘀、营养神经等基础治疗,同时给予患者心理疏导,健康教育等支持疗法。两组均治疗10d。观察比较两组患者治疗效果,症状缓解及病程时间。结果半导体激光联合超短波治疗带状疱疹治愈率为100.0%,未出现后遗神经痛患者;单纯药物治疗组治愈率达到73.2%,后遗神经痛患者7例。结论物理治疗联合药物治疗带状疱疹疗效明显优于单纯药物治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective Analyze the clinical efficacy of physical therapy (semiconductor laser combined with ultrashort wave therapy) combined with drug treatment for 112 cases of herpes zoster.Methods 112 patients with herpes zoster from 2014 to 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 56 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with drug therapy combined with physical therapy (semiconductor laser combined with ultrashort wave therapy),and the control group was treated with drug alone.Both groups were given antiviral therapy,anti-inflammatory, analgesic,promoting blood circulation,nourishing nerves and other basic treatments.At the same time,patients are given psychological counseling, health education and other supportive therapies.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Observe and compare the treatment effect,symptom relief and duration of disease in the two groups.Results The cure rate of herpes zoster with semiconductor laser combined with ultrashort wave was 100.0%, and there was no post-herpetic neuralgia.The cure rate of the drug-only group was 73.2%,and the patient with post-neuropathic pain was 7 cases. Conclusion Physical therapy combined with drug treatment of herpes zoster is significantly better than drug therapy alone,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
