摘要
以闽台合作的“育达专班”为研究对象,以全人教育为理念,引进台湾职业教育资源,积极探索人才培养新模式。通过做好顶层设计,注重立德树人;优化育人体系,突出成人成才;转变教学方式,建立双主体育人机制;创新管理机制,发挥示范引领作用。实践证明:该教育教学改革试验成效明显。
Guided by the thought of “whole-person education”,“Yuda Special Class”, a mode based on Fujian-Taiwan cooperation, introduces the resources of Taiwan vocational education for talents training. It has made quite a good achievement in education reforms by taking the following measures: making top-level design and laying stress on moral education, optimizing education system while highlighting whole-person development, changing teaching methods as well as establishing dual-subject education mechanism, innovating management and playing an exemplary role.
