摘要
为实现工业环境下乳粉含水率的在线检测,获得电容法检测乳粉含水率适宜的测试条件,开展乳粉含水率与介电参数电容量的相关性研究,利用正交试验方法研究含水率、测量频率和紧实度对电容测量的影响。正交试验结果表明:乳粉含水率变化范围为5%~8%时,传感电容检测灵敏度最高;对传感电容测量影响较小的测试条件为测量频率≥100 k Hz和乳粉适度紧实。
In order to realize the on-line detection of milk powder moisture content in industrial environment and obtain the appropriate test conditions for the capacitance method to detect milk powder moisture content,the correlation between milk powder moisture content and dielectric parameter capacitance was studied,and the influence of moisture content,measurement frequency and compactness on capacitance measurement was studied by orthogonal test method. The results of orthogonal test show that the sensitivity of sensor capacitance is the highest when the moisture content of milk powder varies from 5% to 8%. The test conditions that have little influence on the measurement of sensor capacitance are the measurement frequency ≥100 k Hz and the moderate compacting of milk powder.
