摘要
中钢西重开发设计的XZ-Ⅳ型水冷传动齿轮箱适应于750~1 800 m^3高炉,采用两个安装在差动减速机上的电机驱动布料溜槽旋转和倾动,通过差动原理实现布料溜槽的单独旋转、单独倾动、或同时旋转和倾动。与传统的单倾动减速机驱动布料溜槽倾动相比,两个倾动减速机的提升能力大幅增加,布料溜槽可提高到3.2 m,旋转和倾动精度可达±0.1°,其灵活的布料方式有效提高高炉利用系数,设备利用系数达到4.23。XZ-Ⅳ型水冷传动齿轮箱成功应用在河北天柱880 m^3高炉上。结果表明,该齿轮箱具有运行稳定,传动精度高、承载能力大、维修方便、设备利用系数高等特点。
The XZ-IV water-cooled transmission gearbox,developed and designed by SINO STEEl XI’AN MACHINERY CO.,LTD.,is suitable for 750~1 800 m^3 blast furnace.Two motors installed on planetary differential reducer are used to drive the rotation and tilt of the distribution chute.It could single rotate and tilt,even simultaneous rotation and tilt through the differential principle.The lifting capacity of two tilting reducers is greatly increased compared to the traditional one,the distributing chute can be increased to 3.2 m,the accuracy of rotating and tilting can be up to±0.1 degree.Its flexible distribution can effectively improve the utilization coefficient of blast furnace,which could reach 4.23.The XZ-IV water-cooled transmission gearbox has been successfully applied to the 880 m^3 blast furnace in Hebei Tianzhu steel,the results show that the gearbox has the characteristics of stable operation,high transmission accuracy,high carrying capacity,easy maintenance and high utilization coefficient.
