湛江汉族27个Y-STR基因座的群体遗传多样性 被引量:3

Genetic polymorphic analysis of 27 Y-STR loci in Zhanjiang Han population

摘要 目的研究27个Y-STR基因座在湛江汉族群体中的遗传多样性分布,并评估这些基因座的法医学应用价值。方法采集湛江汉族551名健康男性无关个体的血液样本,采用Y filerTM Plus试剂盒对27个Y-STR基因座进行复合扩增检测,根据基因型的结果计算27个Y-STR基因座的等位基因频率、基因多态性、单倍型多态性等法医学参数,同时基于Y-STR Haplotype Reference Database中报道的群体数据探讨湛江汉族和其他汉族群体的遗传关系。结果在551名湛江汉族个体中,一共观察到290个等位基因,等位基因频率分布在0.0018~0.7532。27个Y-STR基因座的基因多态性分布在0.3885~0.9539。群体遗传学分析结果表明:湛江汉族与南方地区的汉族群体有较近的遗传关系。结论 24个Y-STR基因座在湛江汉族群体中显示出较好的遗传多样性,可为湛江汉族父系亲缘关系的鉴识研究提供有价值的信息。 Objective To investigate the genetic diversities of the 27 Y-STR loci in Zhanjiang Han population and evaluate their forensic application value. Method We collected the bloodstain samples of 551 unrelated healthy Han male individuals from Zhanjiang city, and analyzed these loci using the Y filerTM Plus kit. Results A total of 290 alleles could be observed in Zhanjiang Han population, with the allelic frequencies ranging from 0.0018 to 0.7532. The obtained gene diversities of 27 Y-STR loci ranged from 0.3885 to 0.9539. Population genetic comparisons between Zhanjiang Han population and other reference populations revealed that the Zhanjiang Han population had close genetic relationships with those Han populations in southern China. Conclusion To sum up, the present results indicated that most Y-STR loci showed relatively high discrimination capacities in Zhanjiang Han population, which could provide the valuable information for paternity tests in forensic applications.
