摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊与来曲唑合用对排卵障碍性不孕症(OFI)促排卵及子宫血流的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年6月上饶市第五人民医院收治的90例OFI患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组单纯给予来曲唑,观察组在此基础上给予使用坤泰胶囊,比较两组治疗前后黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)等血清激素水平、收缩期最大流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)等子宫与卵巢血流情况,卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度、排卵率及妊娠率。结果观察组治疗后的LH和T水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组卵巢PSV和EVD水平均高于对照组,卵巢PI和RI水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫PSV和EDV水平高于对照组,子宫PI和RI水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的卵泡数量多于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的排卵率和妊娠率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊与来曲唑合用治疗OFI可调节血清性激素水平,改善子宫卵巢动脉血流情况,促进子宫内膜增生,提高妊娠率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kuntai Capsules and Letrozole on ovulation induction and uterine blood flow (UBF) of ovulation failure infertility (OFI). Methods All 90 cases of OFI treated in Shangrao Fifth People′s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected. They were divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) according to random number table method. The control group took Letrozole, the observation group took Kuntai Capsules based on control group. The luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T), peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV), pulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI), uterine and UBF, follicle number, endometrial thickness (ET), ovulation rate, pregnancy rate were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of LH and T in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The ovarian PSV and EVD in observation group were higher than those in control group, the ovarian PI and RI in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The uterine PSV and EDV in observation group were higher than those in control group, the uterine PI and RI in observation group were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the follicle number of observation group was more than that in the control group (P<0.05), the endometrial thickness in observation group was thicker than that in the control group (P<0.05). The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kuntai Capsules and Letrozole can regulate sex hormone, improve uterine and ovarian arterial blood flow, promote endometrial growth, increase pregnancy rate.
