摘要
传统的心尖部或心耳部起搏会对心肌功能产生不利影响,而房间隔是一种生理性相对较好的起搏位点。M3830电极是一种主动固定、双极、激素释放电极,可有效降低起搏导线直径达40%,并可有效减少并发症的发生。本文主要就3830起搏电极在房间隔起搏的应用作一综述。
Traditional apical or atrial appendage pacing have adverse impact on myocardial function, while atrial septum is a relatively physiological pacing site. M3830 electrode is a kind of active fixing, bipolar and hormone-releasing electrode, which can effectively reduce diameter of pacing wire up to 40%, and effectively reduce incidence of complications. The present article made a review on application of 3830 pacing electrode in atrial septal pacing.
