摘要
目的分析总结针对四肢脊柱骨折患者院前急救的有效方法及效果。方法方便选择该院2018年1月—2019年2月收治的112例四肢脊柱骨折患者为对象进行研究,包括56例男患者,56例女患者,对全部患者实施相同的院前急救,分析急救效果。结果该组112例四肢脊柱骨折患者中有103例顺利、成功转运至医院接受下一步治疗,有2例患者在院前因为伤势过重死亡,其中1例是由于失血过多,1例是由于心跳骤停。103例转送至医院的患者均得到救治,救治成功率为100.00%。结论做好院前急救工作对于四肢脊柱骨折患者非常重要,在院前急救中针对开放性及闭合性骨折患者实施相应处理,做好休克护理及转运处理,是降低患者病死率,改善患者预后的重要方法。
Objective To analyze and summarize the effective methods and effects of prehospital first aid for patients with spinal fractures of the extremities.Methods Convenient selected a total of 112 patients with limb fractures of the extremities from January 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital were enrolled,including 56 male patients and 56 female patients.All patients were treated with the same pre-hospital first aid.Results Of the 112 patients with spinal fractures of the extremities,103 were successfully and successfully transferred to the hospital for further treatment.2 patients died before the hospital because of excessive injuries.One of them was due to excessive blood loss,and one was Due to cardiac arrest.103 patients who were transferred to the hospital were treated,and the success rate was 100.00%.Conclusion The pre-hospital emergency work is very important for patients with spinal fractures of the extremities.In the pre-hospital emergency treatment,patients with open and closed fractures should be treated accordingly,and shock care and transport treatment should be done to reduce the mortality rate,which is an important method to improve the prognosis of patients.
