摘要
目的观察体验式教学模式在呼吸内科实习护生的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月—2018年1月在呼吸内科实习的68名学生为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组。常规组实施科室常规教学模式,观察组采取体验式教学模式,对比两组实习生的教学成果。结果观察组实习生在理论、操作和护理记录书写方面的考试成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的考试及格率和工作积极度分别是93.75%和90.63%,明显优于对照组的80.56%和72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用体验式教学不光助于提高实习生理论、操作和护理记录写作方面的考试成绩,还可以增强实习生的自信心,帮助实习生找到职业的归属感,继而提高工作的积极性,获得患者和带教老师认可。
Objective To observe the application effect of experiential teaching mode in nursing students in respiratory medicine. Methods A total of 68 interns from April 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in the Department of Respiratory Medicine. The subjects were divided into control group and obsewation group. The control group implements the regular teaching mode of the department, and the obsewation group adopts the experiential teaching mode to compare the teaching results of the two groups of interns. Results In the observation group, the test scores of the interns in theory, operation and nursing record writing were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The examination pass rate and work enthusiasm of the observation group were 93.75% and 90.63%, respectively, which were significantly better than the control's 80.56% and 72.22%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of experiential teaching is not only helpful to improve the test scores of interns in theory, operation and nursing record writing. It can also enhance the self-confidence of interns, help interns to find a sense of belonging in the profession, and then improve the enthusiasm of the work, obtain recognization of patients and teacher.
