摘要
利用乳化沥青对废旧水泥稳定碎石进行再生利用,有利于节约资源,保护环境。为检验与评价该项再生技术的现场应用效果,研究基层的路用性能,依托实体工程铺筑了试验路,在此基础上对乳化再生水泥稳定碎石(ER-OCSM,Emulsive regeneration old cement stabilized macadam)基层压实度、强度、厚度等技术指标进行实测,同时对ER-OCSM基层的经济性进行了分析,结果表明:ER-OCSM混合料拌和均匀性至关重要,在此前提下,基层强度可以达到规范设计要求,且其具有良好的经济性,现场应用效果总体较好。研究成果为ER-OCSM进一步应用奠定基础。
Recycling of old cement stabilized macadam with emulsified asphalt is conducive to saving resources and protecting the environment.In order to test and evaluate the field application effect of the regeneration technology,study the road performance of the base layer,and build a test road based on the physical engineering.Based on this,the technical indexes such as solidity,strength and thickness of ER-OCSM( Emulsive regeneration old cement stabilized macadam) were measured,and the economics of ER-OCSM base layer were analyzed.The results show that the uniformity of ER-OCSM mixture is very important.Under this premise,the strength of the base layer can meet the specification design requirements.And it has good economy,and the overall application effect is better.The research results lay the foundation for the further application of ER-OCSM.
