摘要
傈僳族医药文化可以从基本假设和价值观、关系、行为、物质等四个层次或维度进行结构剖析。傈僳族医药文化受原始宗教和基督教的影响,形成了以“万物有灵、爱与救赎(宿命)”为核心的双重价值体系;“巫医合一、神药两用”的医药特征,体现着傈僳族医药文化中人与自身、人与自然、人与社会发展之间的关系;傈僳族医药独具特色的诊疗技术和用药经验构成傈僳族医药行为层文化;傈僳族常用中草药、药食两用植物及擅长治疗的疾病类型属于傈僳族医药物质层文化。
Medicine culture of Lisu people can be structurally analyzed through four layers or dimensions which are basic hypotheses and value, relationship, behaviour and matter.Influenced by original religion and Christianity, Lisu people' s medicine culture forms a dual value system with uanimism Jove and salvation (predestination)Mas the core;the characteristics of “combine witches and doctors together,use both God's energy and medicine” embodies the relationship between man and himself, between human-being and nature and between human-being and the development of society in IJsu people's medicine culture;the unique diagnosis and treatment technology and medication experiences constitute the behaviour layer culture of Lisu medicine;the matter layer culture of Lisu medicine includes commonly used traditional Chinese herbal medicine of Lisu people, plants which can be both medicine and food and diseases that Lisu medicine is skilled in treating.
