摘要
目的对住院医师规范化培训中实施案例教学法(CBL教学法)联合导师制的现状进行分析与评估。方法对本院在2017年1月~2019年1月份在结构性心脏病科轮转的46名住院医师规范化培训学员,随机分为对照组和研究组,进而对其实施不同的教学方法进行培训,对两组之间的教学效果等方面展开分析。其中,对照组采用基于案例的教学法(CBL教学法),而研究组则采用基于案例教学法联合指定规培教员(CBL教学法+导师制)。结果通过研究发现,无论是在理论基础还是临床技能考核成绩,研究组均高于对照组(93.3±5.2 vs 85.3±9.6及89.3±10.1 vs 81.3±12.4,P<0.05)。研究组在学习兴趣(3.9±0.7 vs 3.5±0.5)、医患沟通(4.1±0.3 vs 3.0±1.2)、科研追踪(4.0±0.4 vs.2.5±0.6)能力评价均高于对照组。而且,对教学方法整体评价的结果显示CBL教学法联合导师制的总体教学满意度高于对照组(91.3%vs 52.17%)。结论在住院医师规范化培训中,对进行住院医师规范化培训的学员采用基于案例教学法同时实施一对一导师负责制,可进一步提高临床规范化培训效果,在临床带教工作中值得推荐。
Objective To evaluate the effect of implementing the CBL teaching method combined with tutor system in the trainees of standardized residency program.Methods 46 trainees of the standardized residency program who were training in the department of structure heart diseases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group were used the case-based learning teaching method,while the research group were trained in a joint teaching method(CBL teaching method combined with tutorial system).The effectiveness and clinical teaching efficiency(theoretical achievement,clinical skill et al)of the two groups of residents were analyzed.Results It was found that the results of both theoretical and clinical skills were higher in the research group than in the control group(93.3±5.2 vs.85.3±9.6 and 89.3±10.1 vs.81.3±12.4,P<0.05).And it will arouse inter-esting of learning knowledge(3.9±0.7 vs 3.5±0.5);improve the ability of physician-patient communication(4.1±0.3 vs 3.0±1.2)and research tracking ability(4.0±0.4 vs.2.5±0.6)in joint teaching method.Moreover,the overall evaluation of teaching methods showed that the satisfaction of teaching and learning was higher than in the research group(91.3% vs.52.17%).Conclusion As the above,it can be seen that the combination of CBL teaching method and tutor system in standardized residency program is an effective teaching mode and has a better effect on the trainees,which is worthy of recommendation in the clinical teaching work.
