浅埋暗挖回填层超前管棚工艺的创新

摘要 超前管棚是浅埋暗挖施工保证安全的一项最重要的措施,对于含有大块石等障碍物的杂填土地层,管棚的施工难度极大。为解决这一难题,采用冲击钻进式超前旋喷管棚创这种新施工工艺,将管棚钢管加工成钻杆,与钻机动力头相连,通过干式冲击钻进,打穿过街道设计长度,然后安设一节带封闭堵头的钢管,继续逐节边向前输送钢管边旋喷注浆形成旋喷管棚,前端的钻具、短杆逐节卸除,直至带堵头的钢管接送至对面切口形成全长管棚为止,完成管棚施工,形成旋喷扩大注浆体这种效果更好的超前支护构件。该工艺施工速度快,安全经济,为该条件下浅埋暗挖的安全使用提供了有利保障。 The leading pipe shed is one of the most important measures to ensure the safety of shallow undergrouud excavation.For the miscellaneous land layer containing obstacles such as large stones,the construction of the pipe shed is very difficult.In order to solve this problem,the innovative construction technology of the impact drilling type advanced rotary nozzle shed is adopted.The pipe shed steel pipe is processed into a drill pipe,connected with the power head of the drilling machine,drilled through the dry impact,and crossed the design length of the street,and then a steel pipe with a closed plug is installed,and the steel pipe edge is further conveyed side by side.The rotary jet grouting forms a rotary lance shed,and the drill and short rod at the front end are unloaded one by one until the steel pipe with the plug is transferred to the opposite cut to form a full-length pipe shed,and the construction of the pipe shed is completed,and the rotary spray is expanded.Pre-supporting members with better grouting and better effect.The process is fast,safe and economical,and provides a favorable guarantee for the safe use of shallow burying under these conditions.
