摘要
近些年来,石英晶体(Quartz Crystal)成为生物传感器领域的重要方向。本文介绍了石英晶体传感器检测原理,并考虑了微质量效应的影响,搭建一套了凝血酶原时间检测系统。该检测系统以单片机为控制核心,使用FPGA模块实现了频率测量功能,通过频率的实时显示可以直观地得到凝血酶原时间,系统具有可实时性好、成本低廉等特点。
In recent years,Quartz Crystal(QC)sensor has become one of the research focus in the field of biosensor. In this paper,the detection principle of quartz crystal sensor is introduced. Considering the influence of micro-mass effect,a prothrombin time detection system is built. The detection system takes microcontroller as the control core and realizes the function of frequency measurement by using the FPGA module. Through the real-time display of frequency,the prothrombin time can be obtained intuitively, and the system has the characteristics of better real-time performance and low cost.
