摘要
随着国家提出节能建筑、绿色建筑等相关要求,开展建筑能耗分析是实施既有建筑节能改造的前提与基础。现代办公建筑的能耗结构及比例较为稳定,以严寒地区某既有办公建筑为例,开展能源审计工作。对建筑概况、用能用水系统概况及能耗总量等方面进行了相关的调研与统计,在审计基础上,分析其某年的用能情况及特点。根据用能结构特点,进行建筑节能潜力分析,提出合理的节能意见及建议,为开展严寒地区办公建筑的节能管理提供理论支持。
As the state proposes the relevant requirements of building and green building,the analysis of building energy consumption is the premise and foundation of the existing building energy conservation retrofit.The office buildings are widely used,its energy consumption structure and ratio are relatively stable.This paper,taking an existing office in cold region as example,carries out the energy audit.Building outline,system overview of energy and water and total energy consumption are investigated.On the basis of audit,the energy consumption in a year is analyzed.According to energy infrastructure,energy saving potential analysis and suggestions are given.It provides theoretical support for energy conservation management of office buildings in severe cold areas.
