摘要
目的探究语言康复训练联合针灸对脑瘫语言障碍患儿语言功能及发育状况的影响。方法选取洛阳市妇女儿童医疗保健中心康复科住院治疗的脑瘫语言障碍患儿共111例随机分为两组,其中对照组55例单独行语言康复治疗,实验组56例在语言康复的基础上增加针灸治疗。对比两组脑瘫语言障碍患儿发育状况及语言发育商。结果治疗后实验组患儿的Gesell发育量表各行为评分、语言表达及理解评分、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论语言康复训练联合针灸能够提高脑瘫患儿伴语言障碍的发育及语言功能,临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the effects of language rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on language function and development of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 111 children with cerebral palsy and language disorder who were hospitalized in the rehabilitation department of Luoyang Women and Children's Health Care Center were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,55 patients in the control group were treated with language rehabilitation alone,and 56 patients in the experimental group were added on the basis of language rehabilitation.s.The developmental status and language development quotient of children with cerebral palsy language barrier were compared.Results After treatment,the behavioral scores,language expression and comprehension scores and total effective rate of the Gesell development scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Language rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture can improve the development and language function of children with cerebral palsy with language disorders,and the clinical effect is remarkable.
