周期性康复训练在脊柱后凸成形术后患者中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨在脊柱后凸成形术后应用周期性康复训练的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月至2018年5月在台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)浙江省台州医院采用脊柱后凸成形术治疗的骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者术后采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上应用周期性康复训练。比较两组患者术前及术后3个月的Oswestry指数、疼痛数字评价量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)评分及日常生活能力量表(activity of daily living,ADL)评分。结果术前两组患者的Oswestry指数、NRS评分及ADL评分比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者的Oswestry指数及NRS评分均低于术前,且观察组明显低于对照组,而两组患者的ADL评分均高于术前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折患者接受脊柱后凸成形术治疗后,应用周期性康复训练有利于腰椎功能恢复,可降低疼痛程度,提高生活质量,值得临床应用。 Objective To explore the effect of periodic rehabilitation training on patients after kyphotomy. Method One hundred and ten patients with osteoporotic spinal compression fracture who underwent spinal kyphotomy in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table. The patients in the control group were treated with routine postoperative rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with periodic rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. The lumbar spine function(Oswestry index), pain degree(NRS score) and daily living ability score(ADL score) of the two groups were compared before and 3 months after surgery. Result Before operation, the Oswestry index, NRS score and ADL score of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Three months after the operation, the Oswestry index and NRS scores of the two groups were decreased, but the Oswestry index and NRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). ADL scores of the two groups were increased after treatment, but those of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of periodic rehabilitation training after spinal compression fracture of osteoporosis patients is beneficial to the recovery of lumbar function, reducing pain and improving quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
