摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验和冲击试验等手段,研究了0.8%~2.1%含量的Mn对铁路货车用低温铸钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:不同的Mn含量下,铸钢正火后的组织均由先共析铁素体和珠光体构成,随着Mn含量的增加,珠光体含量和晶粒度等级均增加,Mn含量达到2.1%时,铸钢晶粒度等级为11.6。随着Mn含量的增加,铸钢强度逐渐升高,塑性逐渐降低,-60℃的冲击吸收功是先增加后降低。
The effect of 0.8%~2.1%Mn on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low temperature cast steel was carried out by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),tensile testing and impact testing.The experimental results show that the microstructure is composed of proeutectoid ferrite and pearlite in experimental cast steel by normalizing.With the increasing of Mn content,the volume fraction of pearlite increases and the grain size decreases in normalized steel.The grain size rating is 11.6 when the Mn content is 2.1%.The strength increases and elongation decreases with the increasing of Mn content.The impact value with-60℃increases firstly and then decreases with the increasing of Mn content.
