摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低腹腔镜结肠癌根治术后患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)中的作用。方法便利抽样选择2017年1-6月品管圈活动前腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的患者50例作为对照组,2017年7-12月品管圈活动后腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的患者50例作为观察组,对两组患者的DVT发生率进行比较。结果品管圈活动后患者DVT的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者满意度及圈员综合能力优于实施前。结论品管圈活动能降低腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术后DVT的发生率,且对患者满意度及护理人员综合能力有提升作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activity in reducing the incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with laparoscopic colon cancer after radical surgery.Methods By convenience sampling method,a total of 50 patients with laparoscopic colon cancer radical resection before QCC activity from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as a control group.The incidence of DVT was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in patients after QCC activity was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions QCC activity can reduce the incidence of DVT after laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer, thus, improve the satisfaction of patients and the comprehensive ability of nurses.
