摘要
随着售电侧改革的深入推进,分布式发电、能源互联网技术的高速发展,售电行业面临转型问题。日益激烈的竞争市场迫使售电公司从简单获取差价收益的盈利模式向多元化的能源综合服务转型。分析了售电行业的发展现状和转型为能源服务商的必要性,考虑了不同类型用户的购电需求,研究了LA(负荷聚合商)执行可中断负荷、MEP(综合能源服务商)调度自建DG(分布式能源)的情况,构建了MEP的购售电模型。最后通过算例求解分析了MEP的购售电策略,验证模型的可行性。
With the deepening power-sales side reform and the rapid development of distributed generation and energy Internet technologies,the power sales industry is faced with transformation.Power sales companies have to shift from capturing the difference in revenue to a diversified integrated energy service due to the increasingly competitive market.This paper analyzes the development status of the electricity sales industry and the necessity of transformation into an energy service provider,and considers the power purchase needs of different types of users;after studying that LA(load aggregator)performs the interruptible load and MEP(mixed energy provider)dispatches self-built DG(distributed generation),the paper establishes a power purchase and sales model for MEP.Finally.the purchase and sales strategy of MEP is analyzed by numerical examples to verify the feasibility of the model.
