负载型锂离子筛吸附剂研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 锂离子筛吸附剂能够经济地从卤水、海水中提取分离锂离子,然而锂离子筛吸附剂通常是细微的粉末材料,工业化应用时需要加工成型为填料,关键是得到吸附容量大和循环性能良好的锂离子筛吸附剂。现有的造粒和铸膜成型工艺导致锂离子筛吸附剂的吸附容量大幅降低,希望开发出不使用有机聚合物黏结剂的负载型锂离子筛吸附剂。综述了常用的几类锂离子筛吸附剂、载体材料和负载方法,总结了负载型锂离子筛吸附剂的技术要求,介绍了几种新的负载型锂离子筛吸附剂的制备方法。建议重点开发玻璃纤维材料负载的锂离子筛吸附剂H4Ti5O12和氧化铝负载的锂离子筛吸附剂LiCl·2Al(OH)3。 Lithium ion sieve absorbent could extract lithium ion from brine or seawater economically.However,the lithium ion sieve absorbent usually is fine powder material.It is needed to make into filler for industrial use.The critical point in this pro- cess is to obtain absorbent with high adsorption capacity and long cycle life.The existing granulation and mold forming pro- cess result in lower adsorption capacity of lithium ion sieve absorbent.It is hoped to develop supported lithium ion sieve ab- sorbent without using organic polymer binder.Several commonly used lithium ion sieve absorbents,carrier materials and loading methods were summarized.The technical requirements of supported lithium ion sieve absorbents were presented.The preparation methods of some new supported lithium ion sieve absorbents were introduced.It is recommended to focus on the development of glass fiber supported lithium ion sieve absorbent H4Ti5O12 and alumina supported lithium ion sieve absorbent LiCl·2Al(OH)3.
