坚持自治、法治、德治相结合,构建乡村治理新体系,提高乡村治理社会化、法治化、智能化、专业化水平,形成领导有力、运转有序、治理有效的乡村治理制度机制,着力提升居民生活品质,切实增强村庄自治功能和发展能力,走共建共治共享的乡村善治之路,确保农村社会充满活力、和谐有序。
Insisting on the combination of autonomy,virtue and law to construct new rural governance system,improve the socialization,law level,intelligent level,professional level of rural governance,form a rural governance system and mechanism with strong leadership,orderly operation and effective governance,improve residents’life quality,strengthen the function of village autonomy and the development ability,take the road of good governance in rural areas,which is coconstruction, co-governance and sharing,ensure that rural society full of vitality,harmonious and orderly.
