纳米SiO2对磺酸盐Gemini表面活性剂溶液性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对磺酸盐型Gemini表面活性剂加入纳米SiO2,探究纳米SiO2对其黏度、耐温性和粘弹性的影响,并从微观结构进行探究。结果表明,质量分数4%的DS18-3-18溶液黏度随着温度升高而降低。在复配体系中,随着纳米SiO2质量分数增加,溶液黏度先增加后降低,其中质量分数在0.02%增黏效果最好,体系黏度从2.61 mPa·s增加到16.72 mPa·s,提高6.4倍,同时加入纳米SiO2可以提高溶液的粘弹性。微观结构表明,温度升高,溶液微观结构胶束之间排列越来越稀疏,加入纳米SiO2溶液微观结构变得紧密。 The effect of nano-SiO2 on its viscosity,temperature resistance and viscoelasticity was investigated by adding nano-SiO2 to the sulfonate Gemini surfactant,and the microstructure was explored.The results show that the viscosity of DS18-3-18 solution with 4% mass fraction decreases with increasing temperature.In the compounding system,as the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 increases,the viscosity of the solution increases first and then decreases.The mass fraction has the best viscosity-increasing effect at 0.02%,and the viscosity of the system increases from 2.61 mPa·s to 16.72 mPa·s,which is 6.4 times higher.At the same time,adding nano-SiO2 can improve the viscoelasticity of the solution.The microstructure shows that as the temperature rises,the microstructure of the solution microstructures becomes more and more sparse,and the microstructure of the nano-SiO2 solution becomes tight.
