摘要
目的观察耳穴贴压对无保护会阴分娩技术初产妇分娩效果的影响。方法将117例愿意自然分娩初产妇随机分为治疗组59例和对照组58例。对照组采用无保护会阴分娩法进行生产,治疗组在对照组基础上实施耳穴贴压。随后记录并比较两组初产妇的会阴侧切率、会阴裂伤程度、会阴疼痛程度、产程时间、中转剖宫产率及平均住院日指标。结果治疗组初产妇会阴侧切率为17.0%,对照组为32.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组产后第1天和第2天VAS评分、平均住院日及第1、第2、第3产程时间与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压在无保护会阴分娩技术分娩中能降低初产妇会阴侧切率,缓解会阴疼痛,减轻会阴裂伤,缩短产程和住院日。
Objective To discuss the effect of auricular point sticking on the delivery result in primiparae going through unprotected perineal delivery.Method A total of 117 primiparae who were willing to take natural childbirth were randomized into a treatment group of 59 cases and a control group of 58 cases.The control group received unprotected perineal delivery,while the control group was additionally given auricular point sticking.The perineotomy rate,perineal tear,perineal pain,labor duration,Cesarean section rate and mean hospitalization duration were recorded and compared.Result The perineotomy rate was 17.0% in the treatment group versus 32.8% in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores at day 1 and day 2 following the delivery,mean hospitalization duration,and the first,second and third labor durations in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point sticking can decrease the perineotomy rate,dull perineal pain,reduce perineal tear,and shorten labor and hospitalization durations in unprotected perineal delivery among primiparae.
