摘要
针对目前煤成分会对Shell煤气化工艺造成不稳定性影响,文章从实践角度出发,分析了煤成分与Shell煤气化工艺之间的关系,提出了工艺影响因素及优化控制对策.结果表明,只有在明确煤成分对Shell煤气化工艺带来哪些影响的基础上,才能采取必要的措施方法来提高煤炭资源利用的效率与可持续性.
In view of the unstable influence ofcoal composition on Shell coal gasification process at present,this paper analyses the relationship between coal composition and Shell coal gasification process from a practical point of view,and puts forward the methods and strategies of influence and control,with the aim of providing some theoretical basis for relevant builders.The results show that only on the basis of defining the impact of coal composition on Shell coal gasification process can necessary measures be taken to improve the efficiency and sustainability of coal resource utilization.
