摘要
甘露寡糖(MOS)是从酵母培养细胞壁中提取的一类活性物质,广泛存在于微生物细胞壁以及植物的块茎和种子中,因其具有抗氧化、增强免疫、调节肠道菌群及维持肠道健康和调节糖脂代谢等多种生理功能而作为一种新型饲料添加剂被广泛使用。本文就甘露寡糖的来源、制备方法、生理功能及其在畜禽生产中的应用进行综述。
Mannose-oligosaccharides are active compounds extracted from the cell wall of yeast culture,and widely exist in the cell wall of microorganisms,also in tubers and seeds of plants. They are widely used as a new type of feed additive because of the biological activities such as antioxidant,immune-enhancing,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism and maintaining intestinal health.In this paper,the sources,preparation methods,biological functions of mannan-oligosaccharides and their applications in livestock and poultry production were reviewed.
